Elizabeth's Workshops
We all should share information as the goal is the same- to raise consciousness. These workshops are nondenominational. No reference to spiritual preference is ever brought into this type of workshop.
I do numerous workshops with various subjects. The goal is to create an environment for change to occur within the individual. A new consciousness, a new understanding.
I have learned over time that if a student is not learning the lesson, it does not mean the student can not learn... it means it is up to you to find another way to teach them. So I have learned to portray the lessons in correlation to the students’ reality, their way of understanding.
As for the classes, my theory is if the person asks an honest question they deserve an honest answer. All someone has to do is ask to come for an honest reason. That is the prerequisite.
I hand out a synopsis of the workshop, diagrams, and definitions. I go over the synopsis and explain what each exercise will do.
We start with breathing, guided meditation, chakra balancing. I talk them through it and instruct them to do that every night before sleep. I also tell them to find their own "tone" and a "scent" that resonates with them as individuals. That is their homework until the next class. This is done to activate the brain and strengthen the skill of visualization as well as empowering each individual to come the realization that they create their own reality, not to be believe in another’s truth but to come to their own truth in balance and understanding of their own innate abilities. Over the course we will emphasis balance, especially between the male and female duality. This has had a profound effect on the individual views of self and perception in and of today’s social paradigm.
Each new class builds upon the last. There are different levels of workshops available. This is an outline of the first class at the beginner’s level. The range of progress is unique to the individual but I often receive phone calls and e-mails within days about new perceptions the student is receiving.

The range of students all varies. The age range is from 18 to 72. Male and female attend. All nationalities, traditions are welcome.
Certifications of workshop completion are given.
Path Working
Path working is a term used to describe the use of archetypes and rites to manifest things you want to draw to you. It causes a change of lifestyle and awareness to the natural world and rhythms around us. It is the old indigenous traditions of different lands. This is to help connect to entities alive in the world beyond the veil. This has a spiritual aspect to it and takes many months. It can be done face to face or online or telephone.

I am a psychic, not a fortune teller.
I ask that you do not say anything during a reading. I will ask afterwards if you have any questions.

I “see” you and tell you what can be done to change certain aspects of self and your path if you wish for them to change.
The depth of readings are different for each person. More information is often relayed, but not always, so I will make no claims that you would get a health reading or mediumship. If this is something that is supposed to happen then it will, and often does, but not always.
I will always be truthful with you and not install fear or doubt. I will be very straightforward about what I see and not sugarcoat anything. If you ask an honest question you will be given the respect of an honest answer. The question being - “Elizabeth, will you give me a reading?”
Oil, Herbal Mixtures
Oil and herbal mixtures are a very delicate process. Creating an energy to propel manifestations and that works with the individual or group energy is a careful and spiritual process. So is the making of Medicine or Gris Gris bags. It takes time and energy. I have been working with plants the natural and spiritual world and with different traditions throughout the world learning this art for over twenty years.
