Within the Americas we have a difficulty. Those of us who are not of Native American descent are not of the blood. But we are born here so we are of the land. We are of the blood from else where in the world. Lets use Great Britian for an example.

We are excluded from Native American Spiritual (NA) teachings because we are not of the blood. We are excluded from Traditional British Witchcraft teachings because we are not of the land. So where do we go to understand these things inside of us calling out for understanding?

Although we have Wicca and Road Man teachings, in my experience most these teachings are bastardised explainations used to manipulate and take money and free will with the promise of spiritual enlightenment and understanding. Sorry if this angers people but bare with me.This is kind of like Jesuses actual teachings and what was written in the bible.They are not quit the same thing and what was written is used to manipulate the masses to obedience and servitude.While Jesus was actually trying to free us. If you believe differently, thats okay. I am not trying to change anyone mind just sharing my observations.

We who are of this land but not of the blood have the right to have true understandings. We have the right for our truth and understandings in our spiritual quest.

Let me regress for a moment. What does it mean by of the blood and of the land? Being of the land and of the blood means that over time our genetic makeup (you are what you eat) and our ability to understand the rythms of the place that we are born( energy of lay lines) mesh to a degree. We become one with the land and in doing so are better able to "see" and "work" with in our enviorment within and without. By having this ability we are supposed to be able to manifest and understand to a higher degree.

So where does that leave us who are not of the blood , here in America? Those of you who have read my bio know that I am , the first and only named Mother within the Americas of a Traditional British Wichcraft family. While I am no longer active because the Family I was with was severly threatened by the other Witchcraft familes about this, I still am an Elder and still hold the understandings of what Witchcraft really is. Why was my Family threatened? Because of the blood and of the land is held so sacred by traditionals that by me holding that posistion shook thier belief sytem to the core.

I have been working with a REAL Traditional Native American Pipe Carrier (among other names). When I told him I was a Witch , he scoffed. But , a credit to him, we continued to talk. Real talk. About ceremony, (almost the same) about beliefs (almost idenical) about walking the walk. I cannot give examples because, I respect other people enough for them to have the opportunity to come to these things themselves. But I can say that some of things I spoke with him about astounded him because those things are only taught within lodge by the old ones on the Reservations. How could some white women know? How could I actually manifest in front of his eyes without being of the blood? How could I see and describe the spirits that were only spoken of and described in quiet hushes within the Native community?

He and I have been discussing this for some time. It is time for the real teachings, traditions , understandings to be combined, explained and taught to those who are of the land but not of the blood and who are not of the land but of the blood.

We are working to coorlate and come to people who desire an explaintion to what is calling out from inside them. A new energy is emerging ,the paridgm is changing and we believe it is time for all people to come together.
